16 Dec 2011 - storm break

It snowed on and off all yesterday, slowing down last night. From 18mm of water precipitation we received 23cm of snow since the last recording and clearing this morning. I didn't ski yesterday since above treeline was nasty weather and high avalanche risk, whilst there still is not enough snow below tree line. Same for today - waiting for the new storm snow stability to improve a bit then hopefully tomorrow a trip higher.
