Summer in Spring

Today was like summer in Hakuba with a temperature peak of 28C at midday and 20 degrees at 7am. It is windless and the clouds are, for the first time in 6 months, drifting fluffy things. More cool weather is forecast and so too a return to the peaks around Hakuba where ok alpine spring snow conditions could last until mid June. So be patient, there is more to come.
