I went skiing with my buddy Lars today. We took one of the northerly lines from 2450m on Norikura Dake down to 1600m. Everything from great wind buff to powder to creamy soft snow. It was a great day of backcountry touring.

Onagiyama
Not much of a report. We didn't actually ski Onagiyama (1566m) in Otari, but we did tour a peak of similar height just next to it in the Otari Onsen area. For people who check my blog, this picture is of a seldom, if ever, seen aspect of the peak.
I’ll have time for more interesting blog entries in March.
